:: If you have to cancel
It is possible to transfer your place to a colleague if you are unable to attend, but you must inform anita yaa agyeman in writing of this change prior to the event.

No penalty for cancellations received on or before 25 November 2005. For all cancellations received after 25 November we will be obliged to charge the full fee.

The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the programme without notice.

We will send you an email to confirm that we have received your registration.

:: Method of Payment
In order to guarantee that your check-in process is fast, efficient and all lines are avoided please make sure your payment is received by First Conferences Ltd in a timely manner. If your payment has not been received before the event a credit card payment will be required at the time of check in.
