:: If you have to cancel

It is possible to transfer your place to a colleague if you are unable to attend, but you must inform us in writing of this change prior to the event.
Please send an email with the contact details of both replaced and replacing delegates to thomas@telematicsupdate.com

Replacements cannot be done on-site.

No penalty for cancellations received on or before December 20th, 2004. For all cancellations received after December 20th, 2004 we will be obliged to charge the full fee.

If you do not cancel and do not attend the conference, you are still responsible for payments

:: Method of Payment

In order to guarantee that your check-in process is fast, efficient and all lines are avoided please make sure your payment is received by First Conferences Ltd in a timely manner. If your payment has not been received before the event a credit card payment will be required at the time of check in.

We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your registration.

:: Transcripts

The event will be recorded and transcribed by third parties - Telematics Update will endeavour to ensure that transcripts from the event are of a high quality and are provided in a timely manner. However, it is possible that technical difficulties may arise, beyond our control, which may prevent Telematics Update from delivering transcripts of every session. Telematics Update cannot be held responsible for such difficulties and refunds will not be offered.

The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the program without notice.

:: Customer Privacy

Telematics Update respects the privacy of our clients. We do not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with non-affiliated companies.
However, you may receive, from time to time, promotional material exclusively from Telematics Update.
All information you provide will be held on a database protected by a firewall and secure networking software.
