Beurs - WTC Rotterdam

General

The Beurs-World Trade Center Rotterdam is the perfect form of a multi-tenant building. The 200 tenants - including many international operators - and the challenging environment make it a vibrant business centre, 24 hours a day. The Beurs-WTC provides a prestigious location for company offices, conferences and events. The building and its environs are the setting for a scintillating variety of shops, the Beurs-WTC Business Center, the Beurs-WTC Congress Center, the WTC Club Rotterdam and the WTC Art Gallery.

The Beurs-WTC accommodates many different kinds of businesses. Its strength lies in the fact that a company can find its professional partners within the building. The WTC Club Rotterdam has been specially set up for this: a business club where the top priority is 'networking'. In addition to this diversity, the Beurs-WTC also has a number of rather unusual tenants. Area010, for example, an organisation that helps young starting entrepreneurs with an innovative idea to set up their business; or Digital Port Rotterdam, an independent information centre for entrepreneurs who want to know what ICT can really do for their business operations. Then in August 2004 a commercial TV station was established in the Beurs-WTC, with a specially developed program Business Lounge, intended for the business sector in Rotterdam. And not forgetting Rotterdam Marketing, a foundation responsible for organising many activities in the city.

In short, the Beurs-WTC is the meeting place where Rotterdam businesses get together.
