For everyone who managed to secure their place, we are very excited about this year's Awards and Gala Dinner and look forward to meeting you all on June 7.

Schedule of events:

The Telematics Awards Ceremony & Gala Dinner will take place on June 7 2010 at Henry Ford Rouge Factory (one day before the conference & exhibition.)   Transport will be provided to and from the event, pick up and drop off points at Crowne Plaza Novi Hotel and Hotel Baronette Renaissance. Full details will be distributed to those attending prior to the event.

After a short drinks reception everyone will take their seats for an exquisite meal and some light entertainment.

The nominees’ video clips will then roll as the tension mounts and everyone awaits anxiously the final result. An envelope will be torn open, a name called and a short acceptance speech will ensue.

This is then repeated for the next category until all the trophies are handed out and the winners are all basking in their victory.

So in short - very similar in format to major awards ceremonies with which you will be familiar.

The presentation of the awards will take place during a Gala Dinner (on the evening before the conference and exhibition) on June 7, 2010 at the Ford Rouge Factory, Dearborn, MI, USA. Limited tickets are available at this years ceremony.
