Thilo Koslowski is Vice President and Lead Automotive Analyst at Gartner Inc., the largest technology advisory company in the world.  Mr. Koslowski advises international business and technology leaders in the automotive, telematics, communication and consumer electronics industries on how to maximize business opportunities, create innovation and establish strong, cross-industry partnerships.  He also has been an advisor for global government agencies focusing on economic growth and improvements in transportation.  Mr. Koslowski’s strategic guidance focuses on the automotive demand & supply chains and vehicle-centric information and communication technologies (Vehicle ICT).

Before joining Gartner, Mr. Koslowski was a Lead Consultant in Gartner’s Consulting Practice where he managed global consulting assignments for companies in the emerging technologies markets. Senior Vice President, Global Business Development Mr. Jumpa is responsible for global business development and sales and is credited for starting and leading the execution of Airbiquity's automotive business. He brings to Airbiquity more than 17 years of senior management, business development, sales operations and engineering leadership experience. Mr. Jumpa joined the company in 1999 and left in 2002 to successfully lead the start and eventual acquisition of Vox Technologies, Inc., a speech recognition company. He rejoined Airbiquity in 2005. Mr. Jumpa has held prior positions at Xypoint Corporation and Alltel (now Verizon Wireless), and has also served several other companies in a management or consulting role (TollFree Cellular, Conversay, BSQUARE Corporation and Jampac Technologies). Clem Driscoll is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and has an MBA from St. John’s University. Mr. Driscoll is a member of the Editorial Advisory Board of GPS World magazine and serves on Advisory Boards of several leading industry suppliers. He is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and has written numerous articles on location-based technologies and applications for leading industry publications including GPS World, RCR, Automotive Fleet, Auto Rental News and Telematics Update. Link created the initial business model and strategic plan for HTI, and has been very instrumental in shaping the future services for consumers, OEMs and dealers. Link is very involved in industry research and is a key contributor to the thought leadership within industry organizations and trade associations.

Link is a proven entrepreneur who previously served as CEO of Altius Solutions, a company he founded in 1999 to support multiple entrepreneurial initiatives involving vehicle telematics. Altius Solutions designed, developed, and manufactured complex vehicle “black boxes” for research purposes. Altius Solutions’ clients included NHTSA, Department of Transportation, Federal Highway and many research universities and academia. Through Altius, Link was able to develop a command of the telematics landscape, industry challenges, and also work with leading edge experts to craft solutions. This experience provided the platform for which HTI was built.

Link earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from North Carolina State University, and is a licensed CPA and CMA.

As senior manager of the global electronics innovation organization for Visteon Corporation, T.C. Wingrove is responsible for leading a global team, which includes program managers, engineers, designers and human-machine interface (HMI) experts. This team is dedicated to creating new product concepts and intellectual property, developing vehicle and product prototypes, and commercializing “quick-to-market” products.

T.C. brings more than 15 years of automotive experience to this role. Previously, he led a product marketing team that initiated more than 20 new product concepts. Additionally, this team helped drive hundreds of sales engagements by providing unique consumer-focused market research, trend information and technical demonstrations. His creative approach has led to product placement on both local and national television shows, including an MTV reality show.

T.C. has also been granted seven patents in areas such as: wireless power transfer, display replication, vehicle input devices, and remote vehicle HMI customization. Additionally, he is the co-author of Communicating Outside the Box: A Structural Model for Predicting Consumer Acceptance of In-Vehicle Electronics Implementations, published in 2005 by the Convergence Transportation Electronics Association.

Prior to joining Visteon in 2000, T.C. worked for Ford Motor Co., where he was selected to join the Manufacturing Leadership Program. While with Ford, he held positions in product development, manufacturing, material planning and logistics, and business planning. Prior to Ford, he worked as an industrial engineer for Johnson Controls, Inc.

T.C. has a bachelor of science in industrial and operations engineering degree from the University of Michigan and a master of science in management degree from Purdue University

Dr. Stellios J. Patsiokas was born in Serres, Greece in 1953. He came to the United States in 1971 and entered Wilkes College in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania under a tuition fellowship in August 1971. After the completion of his Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering in 1975, he entered Virginia Tech where he obtained a Masters of Science in Electrical Engineering in 1977 under a graduate assistantship. Dr. Patsiokas continued his studies at Virginia Tech, towards a Doctoral Degree in Electrical Engineering, which was completed in September of 1979.

Since immigrating to the United States, Dr. Patsiokas has become a driving force within the high-tech world of American and International business. Dr. Patsiokas was hired by XM Satellite radio in 1998 as Senior Vice President of Engineering. At XM he was initially responsible for the development of the waveform, custom chipsets, hardware reference platforms and antennas. He was promoted to Executive Vice President of Engineering in 2001 and his responsibility areas expanded to include the implementation of the overall end-to-end radio link, repeater Network Radio design and installation, development of data services and the development and manufacturing of all aftermarket XM radio products many of them receiving Engineering and Innovation awards year after year. Dr. Patsiokas is currently the Corporate Vice President and Chief Innovation Officer for Sirius XM Satellite Radio, America's only nationwide digital satellite radio service. The contributions made by Dr. Patsiokas have enabled Satellite Radio the ability to beam over 130 channels of audio programming as well as data services to listeners anywhere in the United States. His work also led XM to be named Fortune Magazine's Product of the Year; one of Time Magazine's “Inventions of the Year;” Popular Science's 2001 “Best of What's New” in the Electronics category; and “Best of CES” at the 2001 Consumer Electronics Show.

Prior to joining XM Satellite Radio, Dr. Patsiokas worked with Motorola, Inc. for nineteen years, where he was a major contributor in the areas of radio wave propagation, microcellular system design and the development of the cordless telephone second-generation technology (CT2). As Director of Product Development for Motorola's Messaging Systems Product Group, he developed the PageWriter 2000 two-way messaging device, Motorola's first software centric device.

Dr. Patsiokas received the Washington Immigrant Achievement Award from the American Immigration Law Foundation in March of 2002. He was inducted in the Space Technology Hall of Fame the same year.

Dr. Patsiokas holds 32 United States Patents in the area of RF Communication Systems and Wireless Devices.

He participated on the standards board for the development of a then new technology called DVD, and was responsible for the development, sales and launch of DVD players into the U.S. and Europe.

In 2002 Larry was recruited to Sirius Radio as part of a five-man turn-around team and was responsible for the company's first aftermarket products and the development of aviation, marine and OEM in-vehicle data services.

Today Larry is the General Manager and Group Vice President of SiriusXM's Telematics and Infotainment Services organization and part of SiriusXM's connected car architecture team.

Péter Balogh was born in 1977 in Budapest, Hungary. He was 7 years old when he received his first computer, a Commodore 64. Games were soon replaced by inputting and running simple program lines. This became a decisive event in his life. In 1995, at the age of 18, he started his first business, the development of an internet-based advertising system. This was followed by several further businesses, and then he became senior developer in Finland, with mobile phone manufacturer Nokia.

His interest in Windows CE-based handheld computers began in 1999, and he immediately started to write applications for PDAs, which were a novelty at that time. When he returned to Budapest in 2001, his first own mobile solutions were already widely known.

In 2002, together with three partners, Péter established PDAmill, specializing in the development of mobile games. In 2004, NNG, the navigation software company was set up. When PDAmill and NNG merged in August 2006, Péter became the Technical Director of the company. In 2011, he took over the role of CEO. Upon NNG's direction, he has been working on the development of the iGO Navigation software. Péter has headed and influenced the company’s innovation, stable growth and establishment on 5 continents while making it grow from 4 to 450 employees.

Prior to joining Honda, Bai conducted telematics and blue-tooth hands-free system research and development at Nissan Technical Center, Farmington Hills, Michigan. She is currently the Honda technical and management leader on the Crash Avoidance Metrics Partnership (CAMP) Consortium. She has been the CAMP liaison to the SAE DSRC Technical Committee for the Vehicle Safety Communication projects since 2006.

Bai also is the chair-woman of the SAE International DSRC Vehicle Safety Technical Committee and, leading the development of the J2735 and J2945, vehicle-vehicle & vehicle-infrastructure safety related message and data standardization effort. She has a master’s degree in Computer Science from Eastern University; along with master’s degrees in Industrial System Engineering and Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
