Deadlines
The closing date for nominations is 5pm Pacific Standard Time, March 24th, 2006. No late material will be accepted after the deadline.
Finalists will be announced on April 13, 2006. All finalists must submit a professional piece of material for the Awards evening on May 23rd.
Judging process
- The judging panel will be listed on the Telematics Update Awards 2006 website
- Entries will be judged on the basis of the documents and information submitted to the independent judging panel.
- All entries must follow the word limit quoted for each question and any guidelines set for each award. Failure to comply to these rules may result in the judges disqualifying the company.
- When a company/individual 'Submits' an entry this is entering the agreement of the Rules Of Entry.
- Details of the judging panel meetings will not be disclosed.
- Entries will be treated as strictly confidential. Only details of the award winners and selected nominated entries in each category will be published.
The decision of the judges is final. No correspondence will be entered into
- By entering the Telematics Awards 2006, companies are expressly authorising Telematics Update Magazine to use the specific text and visual materials submitted for the purposes of promoting the telematics industry in Telematics Update's magazine, website and media activities as well as all other forms of promotional/publicity materials.
Finalists

All finalists are required to produce
a 30 second clip relating to the nominated category OR
a generic company clip. These must be submitted to Telematics
Update Awards 2006, 7-9 Fashion Street, E1 6PX, London,
UK or emailed to ven@telematicsupdate.com
and arrive no later than 10am (PST) 11 May
2006. Material not received by this deadline
will not be included in the Awards
evening. The clips must be formatted in video –
Digital Beta CAM or Beta CAM SP (NTSC or PAL) or in DVD
format.
