Is Carpet included?
Yes - The following is included in your expo package:
- 10ft x 10ft exhibition area
- 8’ High draping
- 3’ High draping
- One line Booth ID sign
- the exhibition area will be fully carpeted (Grey)
- the exhibition area will be internet wireless equipped
What are the details about the Advert?
The advert, will be placed in the conference showguide. The Show Guide will be produced in US Letter Size, so all artwork should be produced to this size. Please supply electronic artwork as a colour Press Optimized PDF with the fonts embedded and a 3mm bleed.
What about lead retrieval?
Lead retrieval is being negotiated with a company as we speak! Details will be provided shortly.

FURNITURE, AUDIO VISUAL EQUIPMENT, FREIGHT HANDLING AND OTHER SERVICES
NEC Expo services is our Official Service Contractor and will provide you with most of the extra services needed for your booth. Here is the procedure to order your extra services:
Go to their website: www.necexposervices.com
Click on “Exhibitor Services” (left hand side)
Click on “Get order forms”

INTERNET
The wireless is $20 per day, per computer for service. When you turn on your computer and go to the internet a splash page will come up and ask for a credit card number to purchase internet. If you would like a hard line dropped it is an additional $65 installation fee. This can be ordered off of our electrical forms. Each exhibitor can order this when they order their electrical.

Can I book Meeting Area?
The meeting rooms at the Rock Financial Showplace are very limited and was booked individually on first come first serve basis. All rooms are now booked so please do not contact the RFS regarding this.
We have allocated a meeting area inside Hall C, the exhibition hall. This area is not private, cannot be reserved and is quite casual in general. There are a few high tables and cube chairs in the area, quite practical. There will be no other furniture (ie white boards or flipcharts) available, it is really just a space for people to meet.
