:: Discounts

Early Bird and Group discounts only apply to full price Gold Pass

Only one discount to be used per purchase

Partners discounts are not retrospective: once you booked, you cannot claim a discount

:: If you have to cancel

It is possible to transfer your place to a colleague if you are unable to attend, but you must inform us in writing of this change prior to the event.
Please send an email with the contact details of both replaced and replacing delegates to thomas@telematicsupdate.com

Replacements cannot be done on-site.

No penalty for cancellations received on or before August 1st, 2006. For all cancellations received after that date we will be obliged to charge the full fee.

If you do not cancel and do not attend the conference, you are still responsible for payments

:: Method of Payment

In order to guarantee that your check-in process is fast, efficient and all lines are avoided please make sure your payment is received by First Conferences Ltd in a timely manner. If your payment has not been received before the event a credit card payment will be required at the time of check in.

We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your registration.

:: Recordings

The event will be recorded and available online to listen. Telematics Update will endeavour to ensure that recordings from the event are of a high quality and are provided in a timely manner. However, it is possible that technical difficulties may arise, beyond our control, which may prevent Telematics Update from delivering recordings of every session. Telematics Update cannot be held responsible for such difficulties and refunds will not be offered.

Presentations slides will be given to all paid attendees after the event, Recordings will be available shortly after the event for an extra €100. They will be presented as a web broadcast combining the conference recordings and the slides (when suitable)

The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the program without notice.
