:: If you have to cancel

It is possible to transfer your place to a colleague if you are unable to attend, but you must inform Telematics Update in writing of this change 5 days prior to the event.

There is no penalty for cancellations received by one calendar month before the first day of the show. For all cancellations received after this time we will be obliged to charge the full fee.

:: Method of Payment

In order to guarantee that your check-in process is fast, efficient and all lines are avoided please make sure your payment is received by First Conferences Ltd in a timely manner. If your payment has not been received before the event a credit card payment will be required at the time of check in.

:: Discounts

Only one discount can be used per purchase.

To get a group discount all members of the group must register through one person and payment must be made on one invoice or credit card. Group discounts can only be arranged by special agreement. Please call John Blackley on +44 (0) 207 375 7157

:: Presentations

Presentation slide shows will be made available to all paying delegates after the event. This will be done as soon as possible after the event and will be made available as a link in an email that will be sent to you. Individually sending presentations upon request is unfortunately not possible due to the sheer volume of such requests.

:: Webcast access

If you have included webcast access in your pass option (or if you have TU webcast membership) after the event you will receive access to conference audio with slideshows through our webcast service at www.tuwebcast.com You will need to visit the website and register for the service.

The webcast will be made available as soon as is humanely possible after the event.

Webcast access can be purchased separately and you can choose to upgrade at a later date.

:: Press Passes

Press passes are given out at the discretion of the Conference Organiser. When we give away a free pass it costs us and our events are not sprawling user expos where the number of bodies is what counts - therefore you need to show us the ROI for Telematics Update in return for granting you a free pass. Credentials and proof will need to be shown.
