:: If you have to cancel

It is possible to transfer your place to a colleague if you are unable to attend, but you must inform Telematics Update in writing/email of this change 5 working days prior to the event.

No penalty for cancellations received on or before exactly one month before the first day of the show. For all cancellations received this time we will be obliged to charge the full fee.

In exceptional circumstances a credit note for a future event can be obtained - this will only apply where the delegate intends to attend the event but cannot due to unforseeable circumstances and it is too late to arrange a replacement.

The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the programme without notice.

:: Method of Payment

In order to guarantee that your check-in process is fast, efficient and all lines are avoided please make sure your payment is received by First Conferences Ltd in a timely manner. If your payment has not been received before the event a credit card payment will be required at the time of check in.

:: Discounts

Only one discount can be used per purchase
To receive a group discount all details for all members of the group including payment  must be given within 24 hours of each other

:: Presentations

Presentation slide shows will be made available to all paying delegates after the event. This will be done as soon as possible after the event and will be made available as a link in an email that will be sent to you. Individually sending presentations upon request is unfortunately not possible.

:: Webcast access

If you have included webcast access in your pass option (or if you have TUwebcast membership) after the event you will receive access to conference audio with slideshows through our webcast service at www.tuwebcast.com

This will be made available as soon as is humanely possible after the event.
