The registration desk of the conference is right in front of the cash register.

You need to register with us first. We will give you a ticket to access the exhibition

How to go to the RAI from the Novotel

Out of the door, go straight across De Boelelaan street, follow straight ahead and pass under the train station, there will be signs to Hall 8 after that to access the RAI on your left

To use the google map, follow the ticker A, it is placed where the Novotel is. From there, look up and you'll see the RAI on the other side of the station. You need to get inside that courtyard to find the entrance 18.

How to arrive to the RAI

The fastes way to TERTS is by public transport
Amsterdam RAI is situated just off the A 10 ring motorway. As the organisers expect a large number of visitors, it is recommended to come to the exhibition via public transport.

Coming by car?
Follow the ROUTE 11 signs on the motorway to one of the parking areas on the outskirts of Amsterdam. A shuttle bus will be waiting to quickly take you to TERTS. The parking rate is € 13, including the use of the shuttle bus to the RAI. You can purchase your parking ticket at the cash register at the entrance to the RAI.

By air
You can reach Amsterdam RAI from Schiphol Airport by car or public transport in less than 15 minutes. The fastest way to reach Amsterdam RAI is by direct train which departs every 10 minutes from the train station of Schiphol Airport. The website www.schiphol.nl offers you up-to-date information about flights, transport to Amsterdam Rai (Schiphol Travel Taxi), booking a ticket and booking a rental car (Reisbureau Schiphol TravelPort).

By Train
NS The intercity trains from Roosendaal/Belgium connect at Schiphol with trains going to the Amsterdam RAI station. At Schiphol you can change trains on the same platform. The fastest way to reach the RAI if you are coming from Arnhem/Germany, is to take the train to Amsterdam Duivendrecht station. Here you can change trains for the Amsterdam RAI station. There are also direct connections with the Amsterdam RAI station from Rotterdam, The Hague, Leiden, Weesp, het Gooi and the Flevo polders.

By Car/Motor
Amsterdam RAI is situated alongside Amsterdam's A10 ring motorway (exit S109). Follow the ROUTE 11 signs on the motorway to one of the parking areas on the outskirts of Amsterdam. A shuttle bus will be waiting to quickly take you to TERTS. For routeplanner navigate to: Europaplein, 1078 GZ Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

Once you arrive at the station or around the RAI building, well, it's a big old place so you need to look for the Hall 8. The entrance is from the courtyard area in the center of the building. Look for Entrance 18
